Refund policy

All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for certain situations. Please email us at bondifery@gmail.com for help!

Refunds/exchanges can be process in the case of:

Damaged/lost Items 
If your order is seriously damaged in the mail, or if tracking shows the package is lost it may be possible to send a replacement.

Incorrect orders
If you were sent the wrong item, something you didn't order, or only part of your order, we will be able to correct the issue. Please keep in mind that some orders may be split into multiple shipments, so double check to make sure this isn't the case first!

In all cases, proof of purchase must be provided.
